How JaKota's Designs Came To Be

Welcome to JaKota's Designs. Originally envisioned as a collaborative endeavor between my late husband and me has now become something I’m carrying on in tribute and fulfilling a promise to him. <3

Our vision was to create a space where our unique talents could come together, offering fun and distinctive products of all kinds. However, life had its own plans. As my husband faced cancer, I became his caregiver while managing my Etsy shop, StoriKeepers. 

My husband had always had a strong faith and was an amazing man of God which led to my own spiritual awakening— at the time I knew of God but I didn’t know Him and with my husband by my side that all changed. In the face of adversity, our struggles became a transformative force that led me to embracing the Word of God where I found peace, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose.

When my husband was called home to God, I knew I had to keep the promise to carry forward this dream we shared a long time ago. (Even if it does look different now.) Thus, JaKota's Designs came into being—a collection of products driven by faith and designed to inspire and accompany you on your own personal journey.

Together, let us embrace the challenges that arise from life's trials, finding comfort in the boundless possibilities and the knowledge that faith can illuminate the darkest paths and lead us to extraordinary growth. In each design, you will find a testament of what faith can unlock. These creations serve as symbolic reminders that, no matter what happens, faith guides us towards beauty, hope, and renewal. I aim to provide a haven where people from all walks of life can find peace, inspiration, and a sense of belonging because you matter and you are never alone in anything you face.
